| Café Marlayne » Thistle Street |
|
|
|
Opened in March 2000, Cafe Marlayne
in Thistle street has become something of an Edinburgh
institution.
Following in the footsteps of one of the many tiny back
street bistro's found all over Paris, though the
restaurant has changed in decor several times over the
years, in essence it has stayed true to its beginnings.
At no more than 35 square meters it can change from the
buzzing bistro at lunch time to a more romantic,
intimate restaurant at night.
The restaurant inside has a classic feel with wooden
warm tones and twinkling lights.
The service is
informal and friendly with the waiters and chefs happy
to help with any special requests or questions you may have. |
